Every illustration, design, image, or piece of art created and sold by Cashew the Frenchie for this web site and for our clients and fans are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. These laws specifically protect the work, image, and presence of Cashew the Frenchie from misappropriation, misuse, and unauthorized use.  Any person, company, brand, or entity that wishes to use Cashew the Frenchie’s image (including Mel-B’s image) must obtain advance permission. If the image, art, or design will be used for commercial purposes, the user must have compensated Cashew the Frenchie via an agreed-upon fee. Any design, illustration, or piece of art shared on any medium or channel must include a credit naming Cashew the Frenchie. All artwork shared on Instagram should tag @cashewthefrenchie. Any person or entity granted permission to share or use Cashew the Frenchie's work is subject to these aforementioned policies.
